1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business growth and customer retention.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
5. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans, personal goals, and store statistics.
6. Foster a team environment by creating a fun, competitive, and inviting atmosphere.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
8. Ensure brand and operating standards are met to support brand consistency and maintain store presentation standards.
9. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and inventory management.
10. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
3. Ability to foster a team environment and provide effective leadership.
