1. Partner with Store Manager to develop business initiatives that build repeat business or attract new customers.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets including sales per hour, average transaction value, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete the sales training program and develop strong product knowledge.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training.
5. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
6. Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers.
7. Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy.
8. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
9. Accurately process all POS transactions and inventory functions.
10. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Detail oriented.
3. Proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
