1. Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the store's overall performance.
2. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories.

5. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture and initiate business-driving events.
6. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to both the sales team and customers.
7. Establish strong client relationships as a brand ambassador.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity.
9. Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and securing the facility.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.

2. Proven ability to contribute to an elevated selling culture.
3. Elevated sense of personal style.

A minimum of 2-3 years in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour.
