1. Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs.
3. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
4. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge, and all other aspects of customer service.
5. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
6. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
7. Aid customers in locating merchandise.
8. Communicate customer requests to management.

1. Previous retail experience preferred.
2. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
3. Proficiency in handling sales transactions.

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
