1. Achieve individual sales goals and demonstrate strong product knowledge across all categories.
2. Deliver exemplary customer service and create personal connections with guests.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture and initiate business-driving events.
4. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to clients and the sales team.
5. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
