1. Develop business-driving initiatives with the Store Manager to build repeat business or attract new customers.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete the sales training program and develop strong product knowledge.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training processes.
5. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
6. Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers.
7. Understand and communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy.
8. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
9. Process all POS transactions and inventory functions accurately.
10. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment
2. College degree preferred
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills
2. Detail-oriented
3. Proactive ability to multitask and prioritize
