1. Develop and implement business-driving initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates and leadership complete the sales training program and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training processes to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
5. Assist the Store Manager in achieving financial success through improved measurable results that positively impact store performance.
6. Assume the Store Manager role in their absence and lead by example to achieve personal sales goals.
7. Educate the team on sales plans, personal goals, and measurable statistics, coaching to these metrics to maximize business.
8. Network within the community to ensure open positions are filled efficiently with minimal impact on business.
9. Conduct ongoing review and assessment of employee performance.
10. Ensure brand and operating standards are met to support brand consistency.
11. Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards.
12. Communicate merchandise sell-through, stock position, business trend information, product issues, and customer feedback to the Store Manager to enhance customer service and sales.
13. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the facility.
14. Assist the Store Manager in maintaining the payroll budget by managing schedules and making necessary adjustments.
15. Monitor, maintain, and follow company policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention to protect the company’s inventory and assets.
16. Accurately manage the processing of all POS transactions to maintain the integrity of the inventory.

1. Minimum 3 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

1. Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills.
2. Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills with all levels within the organization and client base.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to business needs.
4. Comfortable making decisions and mediating conflict within a team environment.
5. Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Minimum of 3 years in a management role within a comparable retail environment, preferably with luxury goods experience.

College degree preferred.
