- Develop business-driving initiatives to attract new and repeat customers.
- Achieve store productivity targets including sales per hour and capture rate.
- Ensure completion of sales training programs and develop strong product knowledge.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching.
- Assist Store Manager in achieving financial success and assume their role in their absence.
- Lead by example in achieving personal sales goals.
- Educate team on sales plans and coach to ensure business is maximized.
- Network in the community to fill open positions efficiently.
- Conduct ongoing review and assessment of employee performance.
- Communicate the brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
- Ensure visual merchandising directives and store presentation standards are maintained.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Assist in maintaining payroll budget and manage scheduling.
- Monitor and follow company policies with a focus on loss prevention.
- Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
- Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react quickly to business needs.
- Comfortable making decisions and mediating conflict in a team environment.
- Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment.
