- Engage in daily communication with the Head of Development and regional office to ensure product alignment with design aesthetics and obtain necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to uphold product quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to sample schedules and closely monitor production timelines.
- Support and approve samples at various stages of the product development to commercialization process.
- Maintain accuracy of information and ensure product integrity by facilitating cross-functional communication.
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product development.
- Proven experience in product development with knowledge of bag, wallet, and accessories production.
- Familiarity with leather, fabrics, printing, and embroidery techniques.
- Experience with an internationally operating brand is strongly preferred.
- Good sourcing connections in the region.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexibly under pressure and tight schedules.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for style and product aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with proficiency in Vietnamese and English communication.
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Courage to provide direct and actionable feedback.
- Creativity in generating unique ideas and solutions.

A minimum of 5 years in product development, preferably with experience in the luxury fashion industry and knowledge of accessory production.
