1. Provide guests with a warm and confident welcome, ensuring exceptional service.
2. Develop long-term relationships with guests through engaging interactions and event suggestions.

4. Communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic and utilize product knowledge to connect with guests.
5. Maintain a pristine stockroom and shop environment.
6. Understand the product landscape across all merchandise categories.
7. Perform operational tasks, including POS transactions, with efficiency and multitasking prowess.

2. Prior experience in luxury goods is preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $19.50 per hour.
