1. Provide a warm welcome to guests, exuding confidence and proper etiquette.
2. Develop long-term relationships with guests by engaging in meaningful conversations and suggesting outreach event ideas.

4. Communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic and use product knowledge to connect with guests.
5. Maintain a spotless stockroom and shop environment.
6. Understand the product landscape across all merchandise categories.
7. Multitask efficiently, handling operational tasks and processing POS transactions.

Base pay range $15.00 to $19.50.
