1. Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store success.
2. Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.

4. Cultivate a personal clientele through effective selling skills and proactive client outreach.
5. Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic and brand philosophy to customers.
6. Execute operational tasks in accordance with company directives.
7. Process all point-of-sale transactions accurately.
8. Adhere to visual directives and ensure daily store standards are met.

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Availability on Sundays and evenings for shifts from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

1. Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
2. Prior experience in luxury goods preferred.
3. Proactive multitasking and prioritization skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
5. Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Farsi, Vietnamese, or Mandarin preferred.

Prior experience in luxury retail sales is preferred, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service and achieving sales targets.

$15 per hour
