1. Achieve individual sales goals.
2. Develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
3. Ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
4. Develop a personal clientele through effective selling skills and proactive client outreach.
5. Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
6. Execute operational tasks as per company directives.
7. Accurately process all POS transactions.
8. Adhere to and apply visual directives, ensuring store standards are executed daily.

1. Must be 18 years or older.
2. Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
3. Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
4. Comfortable climbing ladders.

1. Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
2. Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize.
3. Works well in a team environment.
4. Ability to fluently speak a second language preferred (Spanish, Farsi, Vietnamese, and/or Mandarin).

Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

Wage $15/hr.
