1. Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, delivering exemplary customer service and the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
2. Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
3. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and ensure the selling floor is stocked throughout the day.
4. Execute operational tasks as per company directives and adhere to visual directives, ensuring daily store standards are met.
5. Maintain knowledge of stock including quantity, sales performance, and organization of both front and back of house.
6. Work store schedule as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Stand for extended periods and safely lift boxes up to 60 pounds.
8. Comfortably climb ladders as necessary.

1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the retail industry, with professional selling experience preferred.
2. High school degree preferred.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Demonstrated interest and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
