1. Partner with the Store Manager to develop business-driving initiatives that enhance customer retention and acquisition.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete the sales training program and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on the sales training process to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
5. Educate the team on sales plans, personal sales goals, and store statistics, driving the team to achieve them.
6. Foster a team environment by creating a fun, competitive, and inviting atmosphere.
7. Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
8. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and inventory management.
9. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with proactive multitasking and prioritization abilities.
3. Ability to foster a team environment and motivate others.
