1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business growth and customer retention.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training processes.
5. Educate the team on sales plans, personal sales goals, and store statistics.
6. Foster a team environment by creating a competitive and inviting atmosphere.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
8. Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained.
9. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
10. Accurately process all POS transactions and inventory functions.
11. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
3. Ability to foster a team environment and drive results.

Base pay range from $17.50 to $27.00 per hour.
