1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business-driving initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and attract new clientele.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop robust product knowledge across all categories.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
5. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
6. Foster a team environment by creating a competitive and inviting atmosphere.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
8. Ensure brand and operating standards are met to support brand consistency.
9. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.
10. Accurately process all POS transactions and inventory functions to maintain inventory integrity.
11. Adhere to Kate Spade loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
