1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure efficient and effective management.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect the brand's aesthetic and identity.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately.

1. Previous supervisory experience in retail, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing customer experience.

3. Proficiency in retail management systems and software.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, with a preference for luxury fashion experience.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in fashion or business is advantageous.
