1. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business growth and customer retention.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour and capture rate.
3. Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales processes.
5. Achieve personal sales goals and educate the team on sales plans and store statistics.
6. Foster a team environment with a fun, competitive, and inviting atmosphere.
7. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
8. Ensure brand and operating standards are met, maintaining store presentation standards.
9. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
10. Adhere to Kate Spade's loss prevention policies and operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented with proactive multitasking and prioritization abilities.
3. Ability to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
4. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.

College degree preferred.
