- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop initiatives that drive business growth and customer retention.
- Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour and capture rate.
- Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales processes.
- Educate the team on sales plans and personal sales goals, fostering a competitive and inviting atmosphere.
- Ensure brand and operational standards are met to support brand consistency.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including cash management and inventory functions.
- Adhere to Kate Spade's loss prevention policies and operational procedures.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
