1. Support the SEA team in driving marketing strategies and initiatives.
2. Implement programs and investments aligned with global vision while understanding local business needs.
3. Build strong relationships with key cross-functional partners within local and global teams.
4. Develop digital media strategies across paid channels to drive brand awareness.
5. Analyze and recommend future investments with media agency.
6. Manage local websites and update seasonal collections.
7. Plan and execute seasonal activations and sales promotions.
8. Establish partnerships with landlords and third-party partners.
9. Plan and manage local in-store customer events.
10. Drive name capture and database growth across retail and outlet stores.
11. Oversee collateral planning such as GWPs and in-store signage.
12. Order and manage sample inventory in partnership with PR agency.
13. Disseminate assets and press releases to PR agencies.

1. 3+ years of marketing experience.
2. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Passion for fashion and sensitivity to trends.
5. Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
6. Positive, driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
