1. Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store productivity.
2. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across all categories.
3. Deliver exemplary customer service and the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
4. Build and maintain a personal clientele through proactive outreach.
5. Communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic and brand philosophy to customers.
6. Execute operational tasks and accurately process POS transactions.
7. Adhere to visual directives and ensure daily execution of store standards.
8. Assume heightened responsibility as a Keyholder for the store.

1. Prior experience in luxury goods preferred.
2. Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
4. Experience working well in a team environment.
