1. Conceptualize and design the evolution of Kate Spade's jewelry collection.
2. Ensure design integrity, quality execution, and creativity throughout the creative process, including technical specifications and design approval of production pieces.
3. Utilize expertise in raw materials to innovate construction and design for collections.
4. Collaborate with internal and cross-functional partners to ensure successful product commercialization and cohesive storytelling.

1. College degree in jewelry design or equivalent work experience.
2. Portfolio exhibiting relevant work.
3. 5+ years of experience in jewelry design.

1. Proficiency in hand-sketching and digital rendering.
2. Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; 3D CAD skills are a plus.
3. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong interpersonal relationships.

A minimum of 5 years in jewelry design, with a proven track record of successful product development and collaboration.

College degree in jewelry design or equivalent work experience.

Base pay range from $110,000.00 to $125,500.00 annually.
