1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth functioning and high customer satisfaction.
2. Assist in managing and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.
3. Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory management.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues promptly.

1. Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
3. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
