1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues.
4. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
