1. Oversee daily sales operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement and monitor sales strategies to enhance store performance.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory position, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
