- Develop and maintain a strategic product SKU level demand plan aligned with global strategy for the Kate Spade Wholesale channel in Europe & Middle East.
- Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth delivery to end customers.
- Own and maintain inventory reporting, including monthly statistics on sales, inbound production deliveries, stock holding, out-of-stock prevention, and reorder analysis.
- Perform root cause analysis of supply/demand issues and provide solutions for the commercial business.
- Analyze monthly and seasonal sales, reacting to trends and informing future buy strategy.
- Plan SKU level demand under a made-to-forecast inventory model in line with sales and inventory targets.
- Lead cross-functional alignment meetings to provide teams with an overview of seasonal buy versus sales plan strategy.
- Review current and future inventory holding to minimize excess and maximize sales.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory investments align with global strategy and identify risks.
- Facilitate Stock Transfer Orders (STO) with Wholesale Customer Service to ensure smooth outbound delivery.
- 2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Buying, or Supply Chain roles within Retail, B2B, Franchise, or Wholesale business models.
- Highly analytical with an eye for detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivots, VLOOKUPs, and ifs/sumifs.
2-3 years in a Demand Planning, Buying, or Supply Chain role, specifically within Retail, B2B, Franchise, or Wholesale business models.
