1. Assist in the design and development of leather goods for Kate Spade Outlet
2. Collaborate with design, merchandising, product development, and other cross-functional teams
3. Ensure design intent is executed to the highest standards
4. Act as an ambassador for the design team throughout the development process

1. Interest in handbag design, construction, materials, and color
2. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
3. Ability to create systems and processes
4. Global mindset with experience in cross-functional collaboration

1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Creative, strategic, and technical thinking abilities
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Experience in a creative or design role within the fashion industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred.

Base pay range from $29.56 to $32.70 per hour.
