1. Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product assortments.
3. Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product development.
4. Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize markdowns.
5. Support the planning and execution of seasonal product launches.

1. Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience in merchandising or retail buying.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field is required.

Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or related field.

Base pay range from $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually.
