1. Develop business-driving initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers.
2. Communicate and achieve store productivity targets.
3. Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge.
4. Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching.
5. Assist Store Manager in achieving financial success and improving store performance.
6. Assume Store Manager role in their absence.
7. Lead by example in achieving personal sales goals.
8. Educate team on sales plans and coach to ensure business is maximized.
9. Network in the community to fill open positions efficiently.
10. Conduct ongoing review and assessment of employee performance.
11. Communicate the Kate Spade brand aesthetic and philosophy to the sales team and customers.
12. Ensure brand and operating standards are met.
13. Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards.
14. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
15. Assist in maintaining payroll budget and managing schedules.
16. Monitor and follow company policies with a focus on loss prevention.

1. Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.

1. Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills.
2. Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Comfortable making decisions and mediating conflict.
5. Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment.

College degree preferred.

Base pay range $20.00 to $24.00 hourly.
