1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability by achieving store sales goals.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
5. Train, develop, and motivate sales associates.
6. Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
