- Develop and implement business-driving initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers.
- Communicate and achieve store productivity targets, including sales per hour, average dollar transaction, units per transaction, and capture rate.
- Ensure all associates and leadership complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge across all categories.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching on sales training to ensure the highest level of customer service and sales.
- Assist the Senior Store Leader/Area Leader in achieving financial success through improved measurable results that positively impact store performance.
- Lead by example in achieving personal sales goals and educate the team on product, sales plans, and measurable statistics.
- Network within the community to fill open positions efficiently and build a bench for future promotions and openings.
- Onboard new team members effectively through structured touchpoints and conduct ongoing performance reviews.
- Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to the sales team and customers.
- Ensure visual merchandising directives are implemented and store presentation standards are maintained.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures, including financial transactions and securing the facility.
- Assist in maintaining the payroll budget by managing schedules and making necessary adjustments.
- Monitor and maintain company policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention.
- Accurately manage the processing of all POS transactions to maintain inventory integrity.
- Partner with the warehouse to manage workload planning, markdowns, and merchandise flow processes.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve store productivity targets.

Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle brand environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
Base pay range from $22.00 to $30.50 per hour.
