- Develop clientele through coaching team on proactive client outreach and relationship building.
- Partner with Store Leader to develop business-driving initiatives.
- Ensure associates utilize client books to increase sales.
- Ensure compliance with clientele standards and thank you note program.
- Oversee completion of sales training program by all associates.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching.
- Assist Store Leader with achieving financial success and measurable results.
- Assume Store Leader role in their absence.
- Lead by example in achieving personal sales goals.
- Educate team on sales plans and personal goals.
- Network in the community to fill open positions efficiently.
- Conduct ongoing review and assessment of employee performance.
- Communicate brand aesthetic, philosophy, and lifestyle to sales team and customers.
- Ensure brand and operating standards are met.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with maintaining payroll budget and managing schedule.
- Monitor and maintain company policies with a focus on loss prevention.
- Manage processing of all POS transactions accurately.
- Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
- Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Effective communication with all levels within the organization and client base.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Decision-making and conflict mediation within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment.
College degree preferred.
Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends. Standing for extended periods. Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds. Comfortable climbing ladders.
