1. Support the Store Manager in daily operational tasks and store management.
2. Drive sales performance to meet and exceed store targets.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
4. Assist in visual merchandising to maintain store standards and brand image.
5. Manage inventory levels and execute stock replenishment.
6. Train, develop, and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals.
7. Maintain store security and ensure compliance with company policies.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
2. Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
3. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory position is required.
