- Develop business initiatives to build repeat business and attract new customers.
- Achieve store productivity targets including sales per hour and capture rate.
- Ensure all associates complete sales training and develop strong product knowledge.
- Model and supervise the selling environment, providing consistent coaching.
- Assist in achieving financial success through measurable results.
- Assume Store Leader role in their absence.
- Educate team on product, sales plans, and personal goals.
- Network in the community to fill open positions efficiently.
- Onboard new team members and conduct performance reviews.
- Communicate brand philosophy and ensure brand consistency.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and maintain store presentation standards.
- Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain payroll budget and manage schedules.
- Monitor and follow company policies with a focus on loss prevention.
- Manage POS transactions and inventory integrity.
- Partner with warehouse for workload planning and merchandise flow.
- Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment.
- College degree preferred.
- Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
- Professional sales development and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Comfortable making decisions and mediating conflict.
- Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Minimum 3 years management experience in a comparable retail environment.
College degree preferred.
Base pay range $20.00 to $29.75 hourly.
