1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Oversee visual merchandising and ensure the store's aesthetic aligns with brand standards.
5. Support staff training and development to enhance team performance.
6. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
