1. Support the Store Manager in all operational aspects of the store.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising and customer service.
3. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
4. Ensure the store's visual standards are maintained in accordance with brand guidelines.
5. Manage inventory levels and execute stock replenishment strategies.
6. Assist in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
