1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Oversee inventory management and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
4. Support the implementation of visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
5. Manage staff scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
