1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
2. Drive sales and profitability through effective management and motivation of the sales team.
3. Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
4. Assist in managing inventory and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
5. Lead by example in all areas of store operations, including sales, customer service, and team development.

1. Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
