1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Drive sales performance and meet or exceed sales goals.
3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
4. Assist in managing inventory and visual merchandising standards.
5. Lead, train, and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.
6. Implement company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a related field.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
3. Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
