1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Assist in achieving sales targets and store profitability.
4. Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising.
5. Train, mentor, and develop store staff.
6. Implement company policies and procedures effectively.

5. Proficiency in retail software and point of sale (POS) systems.
