Kate Spade Account Manager

- Develop and manage commercial opportunities within the Middle East, Africa, and India (MEAI) region, focusing on existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales.
- Analyze year-over-year growth and produce seasonal trade reports to highlight sales performance, product wins, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop short-term and midterm plans to meet sales targets and support long-term commercial plans and regional strategies.
- Track and present sales on a monthly and quarterly basis, designing action plans and ensuring ATS opportunities are capitalized on.
- Own seasonal and yearly OTB planning for accounts and support long-range planning with the Director.
- Build close relationships with accounts, ensuring an agile approach to business.
- Support the development of a MEAI growth strategy, incorporating key market trends.
- Align with the global strategy and collaborate with the Marketing team on tailored regional plans for key accounts.
- Partner with Wholesale Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution of the full order lifecycle.
- Work with Finance to review account profitability.
- Manage multiple markets annually, presenting tailored assortment strategies informed by performance and regional strategy.
- Collect and process orders, ensuring alignment with OTB expectations and key seasonal messages.
- Extensive experience managing a distributor business.
- Experience working with the Middle East, Africa, and India markets preferred.
- Flexibility to travel within the MEAI region.
- Highly analytical with an eye for detail and ability to translate data into action points.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player.
- Proven experience in driving sales and enhancing customer centricity.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Extensive experience in managing distributor businesses, with a preference for experience in the Middle East, Africa, and India markets.
