- Develop and manage commercial opportunities within the Middle East, Africa, and India (MEAI) region.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales.
- Analyze year-over-year growth and produce seasonal trade reports.
- Develop short-term and midterm plans to meet sales targets.
- Track and present sales on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Own seasonal and yearly OTB planning for accounts.
- Build relationships with accounts and ensure an agile business approach.
- Support the development of a MEAI growth strategy.
- Align with global strategy and work with the Marketing team on regional plans.
- Partner with Wholesale Operations and Customer Service teams for order lifecycle execution.
- Work with Finance to review account profitability.
- Manage multiple markets and present tailored assortment strategies.
- Extensive experience managing a distributor business.
- Experience working with the Middle East, Africa, and India markets is preferred.
- Flexibility to travel to the MEAI region is essential.
- Highly analytical with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate data into action points.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Strong team player.
- Proven experience in driving sales and enhancing customer centricity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
Extensive experience in managing distributor businesses and working with the Middle East, Africa, and India markets is preferred.
