- Master all aspects of stitching a shoe upper using a sewing machine, including under edging, sides, and caps.
- Develop proficiency or demonstrate a willingness to learn all facets of fitting a shoe upper.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and independently to achieve daily and weekly production targets, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Prioritize tasks to meet production requirements.
- Adapt to daily workload changes due to exceptional circumstances such as urgent requests, machine malfunctions, or material shortages, and communicate with the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader or Supervisor to resolve specific quality or production issues.
- Ensure all departmental machinery and equipment are operational and report any issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Previous experience in the shoe industry or a similar field in a stitching or machinist role is essential.
- Proficiency in using a sewing machine is mandatory.
