- Participate in daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a shopping environment aligned with the brand's image.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.

- Provide operational support for JD and WeChat Mini programs.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as JD and WeChat.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
