- Embody the spirit, values, and heritage of John Lobb to clients.
- Deliver a unique and memorable customer experience.
- Address client needs and offer insightful suggestions to foster customer loyalty and increase store sales.
- Welcome clients and execute sales of John Lobb products including shoes, belts, socks, small leather goods, and care products.
- Collaborate with management and senior sales staff to understand sales dynamics and key performance indicators.
- Actively participate in sales growth and client relationship development through targeted actions such as events, phoning, and remote sales.
- Assist in stock management, product flow, and inventory coordination with the sales team.
- Contribute to the store's upkeep and displays in line with merchandising guidelines.
- Learn and apply shoe care techniques including polishing, glazing, and maintenance.
- Adhere to store procedures (cash register, troubleshooting, after-sales service, security, etc.).
- Student with ideally some prior successful business experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic with exceptional interpersonal skills.
