- Participate in daily store operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain an inviting shopping environment in line with the brand's image.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
- Inform customers about new products, services, and changes.
- Address client inquiries and concerns.
- Implement sales plans and engage in marketing events and promotional programs.
- Maintain records and report on sales activities.
- Promote the brand and manage customer relationship management (CRM) activities.
- Provide operational support for JD and WeChat Mini programs.
