- Embody the spirit and values of John Lobb, delivering a unique and memorable customer experience.
- Address customer needs, offer suggestions, and provide relevant advice to foster customer loyalty and increase store sales.
- Welcome customers and conduct sales of John Lobb products including shoes, belts, socks, small leather goods, and care products.
- Collaborate with management and senior sales staff to understand sales dynamics and key performance indicators.
- Actively contribute to sales growth and customer relationship development through targeted actions such as events and remote sales.
- Assist in stock management, product flow, and inventory coordination with the sales team.
- Ensure the store and displays are maintained according to merchandising guidelines.
- Learn and apply shoe care techniques including polishing and glazing.
- Adhere to store procedures including cash handling, troubleshooting, after-sales service, and security.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably with prior successful business experience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
- Passion for challenges and sales.
- Fluent in English.
Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in a business setting, though this is not mandatory.
