- Prepare the period-end reporting pack for the Executive Committee, focusing on sales, production, and supply chain.
- Provide commentary on KPIs, identifying key trends and highlighting positives and negatives, particularly in sales, inventory, and factory margin.
- Assist the Industrial Management Controller in maintaining accurate costing data, especially regarding Bill of Materials and periodic updates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, offering timely advice on areas of concern.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and participate in stock takes.
- Support statutory reporting, including external audits and National Statistics.
- Assist with product pricing, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy in costing.
- Implement formalized controls to ensure correct application of company procedures.
- Brief managers and staff on internal control issues.
- Degree in Finance (Master's or part-qualified; full accounting qualification is desirable but not essential).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning skills and organizational abilities.
- Ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Autonomous work ethic with ownership of responsibilities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Relevant experience in finance or management control is required.
Degree in Finance (Master's or part-qualified).
