- Prepare period-end reporting packs for the Executive Committee, focusing on sales, production, and supply chain.
- Provide commentary on KPIs, identifying key trends and highlighting both positive and negative aspects, particularly in sales, inventory, and factory margins.
- Assist the Industrial Management Controller in maintaining accurate costing data, especially regarding Bill of Materials and periodic costing updates.
- Engage in business partnering by working closely with key internal customers to provide timely advice on areas of concern.
- Conduct ad hoc reporting and participate in stock takes.
- Assist with statutory reporting, including external audits and National Statistics.
- Support product pricing, both ad hoc and bulk seasonal, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
- Implement formalized controls to ensure the correct application of company procedures.
- Brief managers and staff on issues related to internal control.
- Degree in Finance (Master's or part-qualified preferred; full accounting qualification desirable but not essential).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning skills and a highly organized approach to work.
- Ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Autonomous work ethic with ownership of responsibilities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Experience in financial management or a related field, with a focus on management reporting and product costing.
Degree in Finance (Master's or part-qualified preferred).
