1. Prepare period-end reporting packs for the Executive Committee, focusing on sales, production, and supply chain.
2. Provide commentary on KPIs, identifying key trends and highlighting both positive and negative aspects, particularly in sales, inventory, and factory margins.
3. Assist the Industrial Management Controller in maintaining accurate costing data, especially regarding Bill of Materials and periodic costing updates.
4. Engage in business partnering by working closely with key internal customers to provide timely advice on areas of concern.
5. Conduct ad hoc reporting and participate in stock takes.
6. Assist with statutory reporting, including external audits and National Statistics.
7. Support product pricing, both ad hoc and bulk seasonal, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
8. Implement formalized controls to ensure the correct application of company procedures.
9. Brief managers and staff on issues related to internal control.

1. Degree in Finance (Master's or part-qualified preferred; full accounting qualification desirable but not essential).

2. Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
3. Excellent planning skills and a highly organized approach to work.
4. Ability to meet demanding deadlines.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Autonomous work ethic with ownership of responsibilities.
7. Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous.
8. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Experience in financial management or a related field, with a focus on management reporting and product costing.

Degree in Finance (Master's or part-qualified preferred).
