1. Collaborate effectively within a team and independently to achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
2. Undergo training on various machines and production processes across the department, including cross-departmental training when necessary.
3. Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet production demands.
4. Adapt to daily workload changes due to urgent requests, machine malfunctions, or material shortages, and communicate effectively with the Team Leader or Supervisor.
5. Coordinate with the Team Leader or Supervisor to resolve specific quality or production issues.
6. Maintain departmental machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
7. Train colleagues once fully proficient in the role.

1. Previous experience in the shoe industry or a similar field is advantageous.

Experience in the shoe industry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

The position offers 32 set factory holidays in alignment with product teams.
