- Collaborate effectively within a team and independently to achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Undergo training on various machines and production processes across the department, including cross-departmental training when necessary.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet production demands.
- Adapt to daily workload changes due to urgent requests, machine malfunctions, or material shortages, and communicate effectively with the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader or Supervisor to resolve specific quality or production issues.
- Maintain departmental machinery and equipment, reporting any issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Train colleagues once fully proficient in the role.
- Previous experience in the shoe industry or a similar field is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work within a small team.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Responsible and conscientious attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Accuracy in data recording.

Experience in the shoe industry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
The position offers 32 set factory holidays in alignment with product teams.
