1. Work as part of a team and individually to meet daily and weekly targets while ensuring high-quality standards.
2. Train on machines and production processes across the production area, including cross-departmental tasks when applicable.
3. Prioritize work to meet production needs.
4. Adapt daily workload to accommodate exceptional events such as urgent requests, machine breakdowns, or material shortages, and communicate with the Team Leader or Supervisor.
5. Liaise with the Team Leader or Supervisor to address specific quality or production issues.
6. Ensure departmental machinery and equipment are in good working order and report any issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
7. Train others once fully trained.

1. Previous experience in the shoe industry or similar is an advantage.
