- Drive personal sales and exceed KPIs through a passion for luxury fashion and client engagement.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of luxury products and trends to educate and inspire customers and team members.
- Foster relationships with VIP and loyal clients through strategic clienteling.
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
- Oversee daily operations, including stock management and loss prevention, to ensure store efficiency.
- Uphold brand visual and merchandising standards to enhance store appeal.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and luxury retail best practices.
- 2+ years of experience in retail management or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-oriented organization preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of luxury products, market trends, and high-end customer service expectations.
- Proficiency in POS systems and CRM tools.
- Passion for luxury retail and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 2 years in retail management or a related role is required, with a preference for experience in luxury retail or service-oriented organizations.
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed.
