4. Design and create end-of-training assessments to validate competencies.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with interactive and creative tools is an advantage.
3. Strong teamwork capabilities and adaptability.
4. Excellent pedagogical skills and ability to synthesize information.
