- Analyze and synthesize internal training needs across various departments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design requested training programs.
- Create and develop appropriate, interactive, and educational training materials.
- Design and create end-of-training assessments to validate competencies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with interactive and creative tools is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and adaptability.
- Excellent pedagogical skills and ability to synthesize information.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with training development is advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
