- Achieve and exceed personal and boutique sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional sales and after-sales service.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with clients to generate sales leads.
- Develop client strategies tailored to different client typologies.
- Network within the Harrods and Knightsbridge environment to create sales opportunities.
- Perform administrative tasks including client follow-up and handling inquiries.
- Adhere to internal procedures and corporate guidelines for daily operations.
- Maintain inventory quality and ensure exceptional selling conditions.
- Represent the brand both inside and outside the boutique.
- Strive to achieve 100% NPS and Mystery Shopping results.
- Ensure impeccable grooming standards.
- Manage after-sales service and client complaints efficiently.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the integrity of its image.
- Develop relationships within the Harrods ecosystem to build brand awareness.
- Participate in off-site events and clienteling activities organized by the marketing team.
- Proven sales track record in the luxury industry.
- Competence in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate and proactive with an enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented focus.
Proven experience in luxury sales, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional client service.
