Jaeger LeCoultre Senior Sales Associate

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, representing the Maison both in and outside the boutique.
- Proactively develop a client portfolio, focusing on high watchmaking and bespoke sales.
- Ensure each client receives exceptional customer service, providing expert product knowledge and Maison history.
- Assist clients with customer service needs, both pre- and post-sale.
- Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance of displays.
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
- Support special projects such as price changes and back-office responsibilities.
- Coordinate and manage ad-hoc projects, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in watches or high-value luxury product sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Excellent computer skills; SAP exposure is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury sales, particularly in watches or high-value products, is preferred.
